During the last few months, we have all worked incredibly hard to do our part and keep ourselves and each other safe from COVID-19. As we continue to navigate through these unprecedented times, we have implemented measures that follow B.C health regulations so that our team and clients feel safe and secure throughout our services. We remain committed to ensuring the quality of our services remains world-class as we adapt to new government guidelines.
All our staff, both administrative and our guides are vaccinated according to the guidelines established by the province of British Columbia.
All our drivers/guides will be rigidly following hygiene procedures and physical distancing regulations.
We ask that all passengers remain in the same seat for the duration of the tour
Before beginning the tour, our guides will ask you a series of COVID-19 related questions including if you have any cold or flu like symptoms. If you answer yes to any of these questions, we will kindly reschedule your tour to another day.
The use of masks on board the vehicle throughout the tour, and at some attractions or venues we visit is not mandatory but is recommended.
Before, during and after our service, our staff will ensure all areas of the vehicle are cleaned and disinfected and hand sanitizer will also be provided.
We strongly encourage you to book and pay for you reservations using our website to minimize direct contact, however we will continue to accept card and cash payments during the tour.
For reasons justified by COVID-19, changes or cancellations of scheduled tours will be flexible.
Our guides are working hard to ensure the safety of everyone during the service. We kindly ask you for your cooperation during the tour so you and our staff can have a safe and enjoyable experience.
