Magical Lights of Vancouver with Capilano

Discover the winter beauty of Vancouver as you immerse yourself in a world of bright lights and festive charm. Guarded by majestic green mountains and the blue waters of the Pacific, the city of Vancouver appears as a shining pearl on the seashore. Thanks to the moderate climate of the Pacific Coast, Vancouver is an attractive tourist destination year-round. From museums and gardens to world-class adventure excursions, its variety of attractions can keep visitors entertained for days.
We start our tour with a city tour of Vancouver. We begin the tour in Yaletown, the modern and vibrant neighborhood with boutiques and restaurants by the sea, then move on to the exotic Chinatown, the largest in Canada. Walking through its streets gives us a glimpse of its culture and way of life. We will tour Vancouver’s financial district with its huge skyscrapers reflecting contemporary architecture. Vancouver has one of the most important ports in the world. The Alaska cruise terminal, Canada Place, has become a symbol of the city with its white roof shaped like five sails. One and a half million passengers embark here every summer. The Olympic Cauldron is also located there. A few minutes from the port, we arrive at Stanley Park, the largest municipal park in the country, offering us a wonderful view of the bay, the city, and the Coastal Mountains. We stop to take photos of authentic indigenous totems that represent one of the art forms of the First Nations. At the exit of the park, we can observe the beach of English Bay.
Crossing the famous Lions Gate Bridge, we arrive in North Vancouver. At the first stop, you can enjoy a unique experience when crossing one of the longest pedestrian suspension bridges in the world, the Capilano Suspension Bridge, with its impressive view of the canyon. Within the park, you will also find the Tree Tops and the Cliff Walk. The trees in the Capilano area, Douglas firs and Hemlocks, as well as red cedars, are centuries old and exceed 70 meters in height.
